Just a bump so that this thread doesn't fall off the page. Anyone who would like to write something or participate in Star Trek Month post or PM me.

It's kind of amazing how many people dig the Tribbles, not a huge fan myself but I'd take them over Harry Mudd anytime.

Another great one IMO.

Also worth a mention are the three Robert Bloch episodes "What Are Little Girls Made Off" "Wolf in the Fold" and "Catspaw" these three episodes were the nearest that Trek ever got to horror, no surpsrise really as Robert Bloch was a solid horror writer.

Want to try to keep this alive. Anyone who wants to write anything for Star Trek Month, be it an episode, a synopsis of a series, a movie, why they love/hate Star Trek, why one is better than the other, your funniest moments, anything at all, just post here and let me know what you want to do. I really am hoping for audience participation in this, so don't be shy.

Haters are, you may be surprised to find, welcome. If you just don't get the series or hate it with a passion, let me know. I'm happy to debate the merits or failings of any/all of the series with anyone, once it's kept clean and once you debate rather than just put down.

I'm also looking for someone to undertake a section I'm planning called
"100 Books Mister Worf Should Not Be Reading While On Duty". Contact me for more on that if interested.

Coming up later: choose your favourite Trek theme!

Okay, as promised/threatened, pick your favourite Star Trek theme. I've included all the official series and all ten of the original movies plus the two new "reboots". You can number them 1-18 or as many or few as you want, but please at least do a top three. Feel free to explain why you like/don't like the themes you choose, don't choose or ignore.

I'm straight up confused about the fact that anyone listed any episodes of ToS as their worst episodes in the franchise. Everything with Captain Kirk is gold, pure gold.

That said, I guess the worst episodes could be the ones with that dbag Captain Pike.

Apologies if anyone posted this already but this episode...

But yeah my favorite episode is Shore Leave. I love McCoy in that, simply adore him.

"A blade of grass, a bush, a tree...a flower petal. With these we can tell the whole planet biology!"

Freaking trippy.
