Thanks for the awards people! Stoked that Paul got the Lifetime Achievement, highly deserved. Great result for Exo, Briks and Ant as well, all very much due. Batty was a shoe-in: was anyone surprised?

It was Goofle and GuitarBizarre who started the MusicBanter & MB (virtual) plug rooms so big thanks to them. Last year I was able to post the members who plugged and thank them each by name. I would really like to do that again, but I don't I want to leave anyone's name out. So I have to make do with a general thanks to everyone, to all the new member who joined in this pass year and to all the MB seasoned veterans spend time using plug.dj, thanks for music. :) I wouldn't there without you.

I am really surprise at this. I am usually amazed what everyone else knows.

I'm glad to see that Paul got the Lifetime Achievement Award.

I am totally disappointed cause I was campaigning for Goofle. That shows you how shallow some people can be, cause Goofle definitely has the better personality out of the three noms. It's not all about looks people.

And I am very happy to win best new journal. It's not the most elaborate, and I doubt I've put as much effort into it as a few other new journals, but I have enjoyed doing it. And it's nice to know people seem to like it.

I think it's only fair to share the award with Sidewinder, since it was his idea to put the concept in journal form (though I had already done it on RYM). His effort is in no way inferior to mine.

And bob., I'm gunning you down for "most diverse taste" in 2015! I want my (and Jackhammer's) crown back. Listening to all this pop didn't work, so I'll be switching up my game this time round. Be on guard! :)

Prince Avalanche is an amazing movie. Blew me away.

The fact that people were PMing me gave me a leg-up for Best New Member, otherwise you probably would have won.

I hope nobody felt pressured to vote for me in any categories. I won't deny it, the award means a lot to me, principally because I didn't think I'd have a shot after the Grammar Nazi business.

There was ever any doubt? It's not a Classic Journal for nothing you know.

You're not despised. Yeah, tbh I was shock to see the results. I thought Goofle was the better candidate, and I was campaigning for him. It was a devastating loss to us all. You just ran a better campaign I guess and got all the swing votes, or should I say "swinger" votes.
