Rings of Saturn and If On a Winter's Night a Traveler are two really good ones within the genre. Depending on how I'm feeling that day, Rings of Saturn is my favourite book (on some days it gets outdone by Invisible Man).

Rings of Saturn was actually recommended to me by someone else. Both look pretty interesting. Thanks for the recs.
