Just out of curiosity how much do you guys smoke?
I've smoked cigs off and on for a couple years, never really understood the appeal. One of my jobs allows me to step out for a couple minutes to have a smoke during downtime if there's no prep/cleaning to do. So when I have them I end up smoking about 4-5 cigs a day. Yet I've gone a few weeks without them and never really noticed or felt bothered. I simply just never thought to buy any. Not trying to gloat or anything it just seems strange to me that while I'm aware many people have an extremely hard time quitting I've never really been affected by their addictiveness.

I smoked an average of a half a pack a day for about six months. My voice reached desired level of sexiness so I decided to stop.

I've never smoked tobacco. My parents and grandparents smoked like crazy when I was growing up (I'm pretty sure my lungs have sustained irreversible damage from their poor decisions) and just smelling someone's cigarette makes me want to vomit. I'm also highly allergic to the smoke.
However... I'm totally convinced that in my past life (c. 1960s/70s) I smoked mentholated cigarettes. Which brings me to something else: this year I want to visit a medium to see if I can come into (clearer) contact with my past life.

I don't have the patience to get into it but I know someone (more than twice my age) who's really spiritual and has stories of his experiences with past life regression (which I didn't even really know was a term until I mentioned that some things in my life are just ...bizarre) therapy and it seems like a pretty legitimate thing in the right hands.

The mind is a powerful thing. We can agree to disagree, just know that those right hands are being used to spend your money when it could all be bull****.
