Weren't nominees to be capped to three per category for the sake of continuity?

Also props to new members for putting in time, I guess. There's a lot of nominees here that did not exist in last year's awards. Congratulations and good luck guys.

You misread. It was actually three hundred.

The two systems proposed were A) top three in each category and B) anyone with three or more nominations. After counting the noms, I decided to go with the latter -- there were too many ties for the first one to work.
