Making money online.
 

I apologise in advance if there's a thread that already covers this topic.


In the run up to Christmas we are all a little cash strapped and struggle with money throughout the winter months.

I'm basically looking for some easy ways to make some money online, I'm not looking to make lots, just a little extra cash to tide me over through these months as my job is pretty crap and I didn't prepare for Christmas this year. AGAIN.


Any suggestions welcome and I'm sure other users will be interested in finding out ways of making a quick buck :pimp:

Really though, there are lots of survey sites but they pay pretty minimally. It may not exist where you are but there are also odd jobs involving calling around to businesses and gathering information for consumer data websites, I can try to find more substantial information if you're interested.

If you've never bet it sounds more difficult than it is. Would recommend at least reading that Student article and the Guardian one though. It's not even gambling. The crux is that every bookie has a variant of 'bet x amount and we give you a free x amount bet'. All you're doing is placing a bet for one outcome (example, England to win) and betting against that outcome with Betfair (England to draw/lose) to qualify for that free bet, then repeating the process with the free bet. Withdraw money, it's that simple.

Only issue is you can only do this with each bookie once and they are strict about this.

I don't think this will help you much, considering it's not a short term solution, but a friend of mine made some pretty dirty money keeping an eye on new viral videos and reuploading them to his own YouTube channel, made about $700 in half a year before he backed away from it.

i knew someone who got paid around 10/hr to basically rate websites based on readability etc. i can't remember the name of the company she worked for but maybe google can help you. i know there's a least a few of them like that.

Dress up pretty, take some pictures and get cash for them from a sugar daddy. It doesn't need to involve sex, you can just chat to them, flirt and give them attention. You can also be a plus one for rich men too, no sex, just arm candy. I've considered it but something always stops me because I feel like I don't want to rely on a man's money to get me by. But that's just me being fickle.

Put a poorly designed "game" on Steam early access

Or design a simple app using Android Studio. You'd be surprised how popular some simple games/apps can be. 10 year-olds can do it! But it is more long term that's all.

currently doing the online survey shtick, basically just as some extra cash for the next 4 months until I graduate. seeeeeems pretty alright so far. im always pretty skeptical about anything online tho tbh

basically you just do a bunch of online surveys and get paid for it. obviously youre not getting much (I think it's usually like $.50 or $1 per survey) but it's fairly time relaxed and flexible. ive also got one on the go that's reviewing products. its a little more time consuming (like how the fuck am I to rate my kitchen sink nozzle) but it "pays" the best that ive seen. the problems ive run into is that some don't actually pay you, just give you gift cards or amazon cash or currency for bids. and the ones that do pay require a certain amount before you can actually receive the money. I haven't actually been paid yet (just started 2 days ago), so we'll see how that goes once I can.

I donno, im its just hoping for something to pay for my beer money and make me ffeel less lazy during my last semester of school. yet to be seen if its true.
