Shamelessly taken from a poster on another forum. What disabilities, long-term illnesses, health problems, whatever, do you have? Obviously only share to the extent you are comfortable.

If mental illness counts I've had 8 years of straight depression. The reason I mention that is because it's also what really got me into music.

Like others have mentioned, I've got anxiety and depression; both run in the family.

Visual snow (it's alright at daytime, but it messes with my nightvision)
I received treatment for a generalized anxiety disorder back in fifth grade. Still have some social or health-related anxiety (I had a short panic attack yesterday, thought I was having a heart attack), but it's not severe.
I was treated for OCD last year. It's mostly gone now.
I'm a bit lazy.

It's no big deal, actually - I have tibial hemimelia, which basically means I'm missing a bunch of my right tibia. So when I was born, I had a foot but no ankle and, had my foot not been amputated when I was four months old, I wouldn't be able to walk.

Dysphoria/Depression. I have recently started medication for the first time in this regard. HOORAY!
General distaste for social situations.
Until I started said medication, I was drinking pretty heavily and am now about 20 pounds overweight.
Flat feet.

Adding insomnia. Also, I had the absolute worst panic attack of my life last night.

My mood fluctuates quite a bit, but yeah more down times I've discovered some great music.
