I don't blame you. I rarely ever take it. I've got a pretty cemented addictive personality to begin with, so I try to avoid introducing anything new that might possibly **** me over to a greater degree. Like I said, in dealing with anxiety, I've turned to alcohol, and have developed a pretty destructive drinking pattern in the process.
