On the whole I am a very healthy specimen but after spending weeks in a hot climate my skin could do with a litre of moisturiser poured onto it.

I noticed that I have this tendency to assume people think particularly negative things about me. Even people I know I'm tight with, I'm just constantly paranoid that they're actually just dealing with me as opposed to socializing with me. And then I get all anti-social and spiteful. It keeps happening at work with my coworkers and I'm sick of myself behaving in other ways that I can't seem to control either.

ISame. I wrote beautiful letters for a couple of my favorites at work. They were really long and filled with words of encouragement but deep down I'm pretty sure at least one of those people doesn't give a **** about me and it's probably gonna turn into one of those things where they're going to kill themself one day but I can at least say that I tried t save them. Merry Christmas, I guess.
