Father Musician Problems
As a father it is hard for me to get out and perform as much i feel is needed to start this music career. My lady work 40 hrs. a week and she has blessed me with allowing me to only get a part time job so i can pursue music but the cost of babysitter's and such make it almost impossible to make it financially possible... anybody have any words of wisdom on this topic.

Stupid question but have you tried YouTube or Bandcamp? If you have your guitar, piano or whatever at home and some sort of ok setup for a studio you can probably perform "live in your living room" as it were. A lot of artistes have been discovered that way.
Just an idea.

I apologize. Just struck me bad that you let your lady work full time so that you can slack off.

Why is my attempt at advice termed "reluctant" by you? I didn't have to offer any opinion. Hmm. Maybe you are a richard after all...
