Default be jealous....

the white stripes
5.7.2005.
the old slaughterhouse courtyard,zagreb, croatia

my knowledge of english has it's limits so my description of this event and what it meant for me will be short and concise.
it was 70 minutes of life altering, mind shattering, furious rock and roll, from edit:blue orchid through fell in love with a girl and ball and biscuit to 7th nation army, perfection of sound, noise, bone shattering riffs and drum beats....is it suffice to say i wasn't really into the stripes before this concert? that i thought edit blue orchid was an ok song but when they played it it sent me into a state of absolute frenzy?
thank you jack and meg for making me remember why rock and roll is the best music in the world....i am forever changed....this was the best 70 minutes of my life.....

You've gone to watch a seriously ugly woman and a poser.

Why would I be jealous?

ive felt the same way before addidass, its amazing how your whole perception of a band can change when you see them live rather than hearing over-produced studio tracks.

i absolutley agree...every song they played was far better live then on the album....maybe it's all a bit sad, because i don't get a chance to see many great bands live, but this was by far the best concert experience of my life....i never knew that a band can sound so much better live then on an album.....i am definetly going to see more concerts...even if i have to travel to england....i'm hooked and i wan't more....and there's nothing i'm not prepared to do.....

I`m jealous you saw the White Stripes , but I bet that you`re even more jealous of them to be able to leave the ****hole that is croatia.
