Went real fast? This part can take a while as well as the final voting process. Usually there wouldn't have even been an initial discussion thread but I wanted to be sure I had done everything correctly before moving on.

Also, i'll have someone else describe what that award is. I have a general idea, but i'm terrible at definitions.

People said they wanted them sooner rather than later, so I figure now is as good of a time as ever. Didn't see anyone against the fact that I shouldn't need to wait until December.
