Hot a hell but lots of good flavor.

I've always wanted to try ridiculously hot sauces but it's never on my mind when I'm grocery shopping, hopefully I don't forget next time.

Mike Anthony of Van Halen fame has his own line of hot sauces and they are great. The fiery mustard sauce is my fave of the bunch.

After some excretion experiences that felt more like prison rape, I'm really too chicken to experiment anymore with this kind of cooking. Kinda sad, because I do like the eating part.

After a while you not only build up a tolerance at the Welcome Mat but also at the Exit Sign.

True^. There was a time when I could eat peppers (habaneros) and eggs for breakfast, and I was fine. Now that I don't eat spicy often it's a lot harder to tolerate. The most recent hot sauce I had was from a popular jersey shore establishment, The Chicken or The Egg (featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives). We split their hottest sauce on some wings. Good flavor and heat. I've also had the wings you need to sign a waiver to eat from Cluck-u Chicken which is a chain around here.

I don't purchase hot sauce because I'm the only one who will eat it and one bottle will last me over a year.

I prefer eating my spicy food on the colder because you get the flavor and it's easier to kick the heat since the oil is less liquidy.

My friend brought some ghost pepper hot sauce to a picnic, got a bunch on my finger and put it straight in my mouth. First came the instant regret as flames penetrated the inner pores of my mouth. Then came true hellish pain one I had never expirenced as I approached the seventh gate of hell I tried to find relief to no avail. I then stuck my head in a bucket of icy cold water which to no avail quenched the flames that so feasted upon my sanity. After nearly an hour of excruciating pain the face of hell seemed to distance itself.from me. This happened until I finnll escaped the hell of which I had put myself though.

Yeah I'm never doing that again...

I've never had the chance to try those. I'd love to though.
