I use
unblock-us, which is five dollars a month and seems idiot-proof. One click and you're in the UK, another and you're in the States, another and you're in Canada, Ireland, Mexico, Brazil or just about anywhere. I also use it to stream postseason baseball games, which are blacked out nationally.
