I wouldn't do it, but if people are into that that's cool.

There is people like you who think this would be fun. I would generally advise you watch this. It is not fun. Just an experience.
These are reactions from before and after. One was a marine, and the other was a insane adrenaline junkie who skydives every other day. They came out, emotionally disturbed. |

Poor wording on my part. I wouldn't expect to have fun that looks really intense but I'm kind of a masochist. I doubt I'd finish, I just like the idea of that kind of extreme life experience with guaranteed "safety".

Apparently this haunted house walk (yeah right) has been going on for quite a while now. Does anybody know why this is legal? I know people sign up for it and you have to sign this waiver thing, but at the end of the day, this is torture. You are physically hurting them and emotionally. And most people that come out of this, have said it was the worst thing they have ever done in their life.
Also what happens when somebody flips and decides to attack back and **** gets real? Oh wait a minute, after watching that above video of their reactions, apparently when they tried to fight back, they beat the **** out of them more. |

So it seems like you have to sign a very very long and detailed waiver in order to "Participate". The thing is though, these people are skating a VERY thin line when it comes to this sh*t. Stuffing gross stuff in peoples mouths and screaming into their face is one thing but if you noticed in the video, dude gets f*cking tackled. There is also a less extreme but still terrifying for of waterboarding that they do. They have some pretty good lawyers in case people sue. I thought that since they signed the waiver, they can't, but a waiver doesn't mean that they can't be arrested for assault and battery. A judge would look at that waiver and throw it out. It's like that guy who wanted to eat somebody so he found a guy who wanted to be eaten. They both agreed but it was still illegal. You can't just hurt people cause they said it was okay. Also, you're right. This is NOT a haunted house. This is NOT a halloween experience. This is torture porn and the people going in are ether extremely stupid and can only blame themselves for thinking that they'd be fine or they are people who enjoy being tortured. Not for me guys. |
