EDIT: I know those are sentence fragments. They were used purely for dramatic effect.

This brings up another rule that should be instituted: it shouldn't count if a grammatical error is due to "dramatic effect", or if one is speaking in the vernacular (e.g. "Yo, dawg, what's all up in dis heazy?").
