Breaking the habit

Well lets see...

Biting the skin around my nails
Smoking (quitting fucking SUCKS)
Binge drinking when available
Nose picking
Internet (I spend waaaaay too much time on here for my own good doing absolutely nothing)
Oh and not cleaning up my room but making the rest of the house spotless.

On the bright side I kicked my weed habit!

but at my last check-up, my doctor said my heart rate was about 60 beats per minute above the average for my age, so i quit drinking so many caffeinated beverages a day and i've never felt better.

Smoking and staying up too late. I suppose tardiness is a direct result of the staying up too late.

My mom is gonna start wondering why there are 10 canisters of nutmeg in the pantry soon enough.

Nutmeg is NOT a good idea, FYI. It makes you feel more like you have the flu than anything... it actually really sucks. Just lettin' ya know.
