Default Trollheart's Music Confessional

We all think we rock (I certainly do!) but deep down in our hearts, buried where nobody will ever venture to look, padlocked in thick stone cells where they whine and cry and squeal to be let free into the light are those dark secrets we all keep: the bands we know we shouldn't be into but just can't help ourselves. We listen to them with one eye cocked on the door, for fear someone may hear and rush in, pointing and laughing. We listen to them with the volume down low at night, hoping not to wake anyone who will hear us, and we secretly seek them out on YouTube, if caught we stammer that we were looking for porn when this "bloody crap video" popped up.

Could be we're a closet fan of Manilow, or have a sneaking admiration for Westlife. Maybe we like ABBA or dig the X Factor (you sick bastard!), but whatever it is, no matter how dark, disturbing or hilariously inappropriate your secret musical shame, you can unburden yourself here. What's that, lover of Black Metal and Punk? You like to listen to Judy Garland on your off hours? Come into my box (ooeer!) and confess your sins, and be reborn!

Appropriate title, as my favourite "guilty pleasure" is Dashboard Confessional.

...don't tell.

My taste is entirely irrational, and based on more than simply the quality of music. So I have loads of "guilty pleasures". Though I harbour no guilt or shame.

For example, I currently take more pleasure out of listening to RiFF RaFF than I do Radiohead.

What is your favorite song from ABBA Trollheart?

The problem with Franco Pepe Kalle is that he is a unpredictable character. There is surprising info about this man. You think he only likes Franco and Pepe Kalle but when you find out that he hears other artists, you are shock.

Girls are the sexy thing that God created.

Important to notice FPK.

This forum officially has more Fanilows than I was prepared for.

I think "The winner takes it all". I just find it so moving, especially when it kind of mirrors what happened to them in the end. Oh yeah, I like Perry C also: anyone who can sing like that with silver hair gets my vote!

"And I love you so, the people ask me how, how I've lived till now, I tell them to mind their own fuckin' business .." Oh no wait, that's wrong isn't it?

a couple songs I used to sing to my cat before he passed:

(except I'd change the lyrics to 'kitty, kitty, kitty's in love')

I'm a little softie.
