So I'm heading over to B&H tomorrow in NYC to buy a camera. I have a friend who is a photographer in Florida who said I can get a refurbished/used one for around $500 bucks just for the body and a lens for another hundo or so.
The one he suggested was a Nikon D7000. Anybody have experience with buying cameras so I don't get hosed? Any tips? My price range is $400 - $800. Thanks |

![]() ![]() Nikon D7000. The picture has really expensive lenses. I bought a 18-55 zoom lens with mine. It's decent. I'll be saving for a new one. I took all the photos in the art thread with the camera. I'm really getting back into photography. |
