Lake Tahoe/anywhere that I can snowboard. Haven't gone since I was about 13, miss it like crazy.

My girlfriends house. She only lives 15-20 minutes away by car but we really don't get to see each other to often because we both are usually doing something, like now she is in Wisconsin.

Dude, at least your hometown isn't Shitterton.

uh anyway

I really wish I could get out to Seattle and West Seattle more often but I'm always strapped for time and I'm a super coward when it comes to driving in unfamiliar places. :(

El Yunque is a beautiful national forest and it's the spot of choice of druggies like myself to get high on shrooms, you can easily find them in the area but i prefer the place sober and go with friends hiking until we find a perfect spot near a waterfall.

Not long ago Briks told me they shot the original lord of the flies movie there and that to me made the Yunque even more cool.

Crater Lake, OR

That image was actually my first actual visit to that transcendent volcanic lake, there's an almost spiritual experience seeing that place (said the atheist). My first direct view of it was from an airplane on a flight between LA and Seattle in '06 and it took my breath away

(I didn't take that pic but it's the same POV)

My avatar (explained here) is from this incredible lake-in-a-volcano. I would visit it right now (with a stop at Cannon Beach either before or after) if I had the scratch for gas/food/lodging/National Park entry fee.

Kind of a big if, tho...

I grew up about 20 minutes from there. I've kayaked out to that very beach before and dredged oysters in that very bay.

This is my home town. And I don't get there often enough. Because once I am there I am reminded how much I like living in a city connected to****.
