I was reading another thread and to no surprise someone misused the word irony. It reminded me of this:
According to the dictionary, “literally” now also means “figuratively” - Salon.com I am not a grammar nazi by any means and I'm sure my posts include a lot of errors but this just seems so wrong. At least I try to be correct. |

and why have any word concrete? seriously? Because if go flogged later cat's red inside the jungle gym. I'm not against adding new definitions to words but to make a word mean two things completely opposite from one another because people are too stupid to use it properly is just preposterous. |
