So what's the weather like in Manchester this time of year? If I'm out and about at night, are we talking jacket weather or no?

Its gonna be pissing rain til next Tuesday at which point it will be overcast until Thursday at which point it will be sunny.

Rain. Its the norm I'm afraid. You may get to see some blue sky occasionally, providing it manages to force its way through the grey dome which envelops this city for most of the year.
