with this new dollar general in town, they have almost zero options for health. people still think milk and cereal is healthy putting cow milk into a human body?lol wtf.

the only healthy option for cutting on a calorie deficit is mainly eggs. and i can gather bananas from the gas station. living so far from grocery stores isnt fun

I found out a trick from a informational meme (cough*DWV*cough) that separating some of the yolks will take a lot of calories out. some nutritional value also but you already get an overload of whats inside if youre already eating eggs.

I guess now since im broadcasting these thoughts to the universe, I hope the damn store later has eggs or its fu ckin hot pockets with carrots and berry smoothies

i dont wonder who was this weirdo who cracked open and cooked a chicken egg and ate it. must have been a survival thing when it took on because now days, yeah there are healthier options. eggs are cheap and the only health option for me thats within walking distance

i didnt know that before i typed my opinion about it bro that makes sense also too. i just think the concept is gross and havent drank milk in years. so long i cant remember. i went to almond milk for granola back when i didnt know that had so much sugar and also cancer causing chemicals


i guess if people have been doing it their whole life, they'll continue. i wonder if they'll ever take sugar out of the drinks and cereal on the shelves too. i havent drink any of them sports drinks in so long because of the sugar. its liquid candy lol
