I dropped $130. If i got all sashimi like would have preferred i would have left starving!! Youre right though, it was crazy marbled and beautiful. The snapper was fantastic.

I have pics on my phone but no way to post em atm. Def give uni another try if you can find it fresh. I like it in sushi form cause it mixes so well with the rice like an eggyolk would. I feel like the fresher it is the more mild that ocean taste is.

Toro (tuna belly), unagi (eel), and tuna sushi and some gyoza. The toro came had a fried seaweed chip with chopped Toro and it was almost better than the nigiri.
