i did some research about the pH balance in the body.. some doctors online say the body balances itself. the healthy food is what causes the weight to drop when people switch. coke has an acidic level of 2.5 (32 glasses of water to balance out in body) so if coke effects the balance, then food should too

to me it boils down who do i trust.. everyone making memes about it on instagram because it saved their life to a healthy food switch.. or just one professor from UCLA that says the body heals itself. UCLA guy prolly in bed with huge pharma where as others are just sharing their testimonies..

i can tell personally that healthy foods digest faster than hybrid foods like a frozen pizza or mac n cheese pasta thats made in a factory.

just realized that i should have fuccccking bought fresh strawberries, they arnt that expensive. just as much as a box of mac n cheese. mac n cheese sounds great, havent had in maybe a month or more now, ima get a box next time with the strawberries

i have a digestive chapter in my homework next week in biology, and then the lecture next week too. ill learn alot in a few weeks about the digestive system. learned all about the skin today. ill ask my professor questions if the topic comes up...if it doesnt come up.. ill ask my professor some questions but asking a question like "is healthy food good for you?" is sort of silly to ask too lol

okay i seriously plan to its almost common sense that an all natural food diet will prevent illnesses and other stuff that ends most lives in America from bad food choices though
