NO!.

To make eggs that don't taste like **** I generally use low heat but you can also do it at a high heat while stirring constantly. It's more about when to take them off of the heat than anything.

i do the stirring constantly so it doesnt stick to the pan but never used low heat. my problem is they take so damn plain and bland :/ even coverage is Mrs.Dash and pepper. its healthier than mac n cheese with is all processed carbs though

Add a bit of salt to the eggs before you beat them. Boom, flavour and it breaks down the eggs a bit which makea them fluffier.

i live in Connecticut but im from Iowa i might just get some boxes of mac n cheese tomorrow. havent had in a week or so
