Eggplant chicken parm is probably the best preparation for it, I'm with WWWP on that one. Eggplant miso soup is great too

dining on 3 eggs for my food other than apples and carrots, but now im interested in Frownlands way of cooking scrambled eggs

i just cook them on high until they turn "start" to turn brown from burn spots... it makes them taste good
