That's a Lamb Casserole....New Zealand Lamb as French Lamb is twice the PRICE... Simple meal with left over Lamb Sliced and add a tin of Tomatoes and some Gravy as well..Any Veggies that you like and I onion.Pepper and Salt to taste..Herbs de Provence also. Cook for at least 30 mins on a Medium Heat..Then Add precooked sliced Potatoes for on the Top... Very Tasty for sure... so in the Oven again for 45 minutes or until the Potatoes are Crispy on the Top. |

I can see doing them if a person doesn't mind, but I'm not a fan. I like being the cook with someone else to do the dishes. My fish are terrible at it.

A coworker asked for my recipe for Chicken Corn Chowder that he tried a few weeks back so I had to sit down and think about it and write it all out, which I've never done yet, so here it is if anyone wants to make some or expand on it:

looks great
I baked a quiche for the first time since I moved house, and instead of figuring out the new oven in a sensible way I just ****ed around and accidentally grilled it. It still tastes pretty good but I'm bummed. My quiches are my culinary pride

My son (who knows that my Anglophilia goes into overdrive in autumn) thoughtfully left for me a cellophane-wrapped scone with clotted cream and jam and a packet of Crawford's Garibaldi biscuits in the kitchen before school this morning. Eating the scone and drinking Earl Grey tea right now - yum! The Garibaldis are for later, if I can hold out that long.
