When in doubt I make sweet things..Husband will nibble them and seems to make himn smile a lot more...


These are real nice..shortbread which is good on its on...or
add some melted chocolate and mix in some thick cream to cover the tops...
looks a tad messy put in the fridge to set..scrumps....

First time making chicken chili, using this recipe:

I started it Saturday afternoon and finished cooking it Sunday for the Bears game. I made a few random cheese and cracker platters too. The Bears had me in the first half, but then the second half came around and well... ooof.



I gave a bit of the chili away, but the rest is mine! It's good.
