It’s 150,000 degrees outside.

The grocery store is going to be hella packed. We’re not even in the ****ing cone but people are hurricane hoarding.

Heard about them hurricanes, hopefully they are weak and your electricity stays on... sorry to hear about the food situation.

Talapia, green beans, asparagus, mushrooms, broccoli, chicken in mushroom sauce, and a salad with lettuce, tomato's, olives, red onion, chicken, and some croutons with ranch.

*burrrrrrp*

Pretty tastee stuff, and there's a half off sale at Pete's today, so everything was about $6.

*checks receipt*

$5.73!

I think that’s the best value for quality fish. It’s versatile. I went shopping today but they were out so I got whiting. I wanted the salmon but it was too expensive. It’s been a minute since I’ve had a good steak but damn. I miss those prime rib breakfasts before I left the restaurant.

At Pete's, they'll usually have about 4-5 different varieties like Salmon, Catfish, and some other ones I didn't bother to look at the placard to see what they were.

Today, it was hot dogs and fries from a really good greasy spoon joint since I had to make a trip to a powder coating place which was close by. It was also right down the street from where I did time in prison. lol

Plank drives by... ... ... ...and keeps going...

Here's what today's Pete's run has yielded: (counter clock-wise from the top right) Lemon garlic chicken, roasted potato's, lamb chop, roasted cauliflower, curry chicken, broccoli, roasted mushrooms, polish meatball in thyme sauce, sauerkraut and sausage, and mixed vegetables.

Lets eat.

I made chicken tikka masala for lunch. It was a little ghetto but still really damn good. First curry type dish I’ve had since covid.
