Chicken burgers about five minutes ago.

I thoroughly enjoyed them.

Just fry on a low heat and take off when they are done to your liking?

If I eat eggs then most of the time it's boiled eggs and I'm only eating them like that cos it's the quickest and most convenient way and I can keep in fridge.

Scrambled is my favourite, on a very low heat with a whisk. You would like poached eggs if you like a runny egg Elph but they aren't easy to cook.

I usually boil (boiled eggs when the yolk has the lava-like texture just between hard and soft boiled are amazing) scramble, or make an omelette. I've made poached eggs a few times, if you aren't bothered about the egg white wrapping neatly around the yolk it's not really hard (or maybe I've been poaching eggs the wrong way). I've never tried the challenge of making them the proper way

Omelettes are ace. If I scramble the eggs instead, I like to add a little milk to make the eggs fluffier and then throw in some spicy Pace salsa or something similar. Chopping up your crispy bacon and adding them into the mix is surprisingly nice too.

Yes, milk and butter in scrambled eggs makes them much better. I sometimes stir smoked salmon through it, it's a surprisingly nice combination

I love eggs.

The trickiest thing about poaching an egg is the water temperature.

Nothing.

Don’t feel like cooking. Filled up the grubhub cart twice and then when I saw all the extra fees on checkout I deleted my cart. First Thai and the total delivery charge was $30 then Mexican plus $20. The Thai place delivery charge is $7. Mexican $3. Plus all this other ****. It’s $20-$30 to get it delivered.

It’s 150,000 degrees outside.

The grocery store is going to be hella packed. We’re not even in the ****ing cone but people are hurricane hoarding.

Do it in a big pan with high heat and get it already hot before adding your eggs. Stir salt into your eggs when you're beating them too, underrated move. Serve on toast.

Go to this post for a pic. I occasionally make an omelette or fried egg but this is how I do it these days.

P.s. omelette is a fake ass word that's hard to spell, i don't like it.
