Salmon Ricotta in a Garlic Alfredo sauce with Broccoli & Cherry Tomato's and a Shrimp Salad from Pete's Fresh Market for lunch today.

Super agree. I like cauliflower but redundant is exactly right.

I do like to fry up some cauliflower with nutritional yeast though, and you can't do that with brocc.

Nah, they're totally different textures which makes them about as interchangeable as guitars and sitars.

It really depends on what you do with it, I think. In most cases I prefer broccoli because it has more taste, but I prefer cauliflower in curries. I think the taste matches better with most curry spices. And the texture also works well with sauces
