Making spicy black bean burgers for din din. The secret is to bake the beans so they dry out a bit.

Had a very early dinner.
I hadn't had good Indian food in months,
so it was time to have a full Gujarati thali.
Miserable in one way, but very happy in another.
Not good to eat until you can feel it, but I'm guilty this time.

Made a nice tomato sauce then cooked it with spaghetti and ground beef.

Spoiler for recipe:
Ingredients:
canned tomatoes
chopped onions
wine
fresh minced garlic
oregano
thyme
basil
red pepper flakes
mint
butter

Steps:
1. Oil, onion->soften
2. Garlic->soften
3. More oil, black pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, basil, theyme, oregano, mint->high 1 min
4. tomatoes (crushed w/juice) + wine
5. Boil & stir at medium
6. Simmer forever
7. Mint, oregano, pepper, red pepper flakes, basil, thyme->bloom w/butter then add
