Breaking fast with salad of greens with sliced up apples in it. That was a ultra win last week so I got more salad food. bought a bunch of apples and cans of pineapple. thats all I have here so thats what we having

Two kinds of sesame seed, actually. As well as poppy seeds, dried onion & garlic, and sea salt.
