I still think you're ignoring the value of full immersion in nonsense to get the full grokkness.

This is the gist, leaving a lot of things out: I took chicken thighs and cut them into bits, did a few hours of yogurt and spice marinade, seared the bits and set them aside. Sauteed onions and garlic in the same pan, bloomed the spices, added tomatos, ginger, and some other things I can't remember and simmered it for a few hours. Used an immersion blender on it, added cream and chicken, then simmered it for a couple hours more and served it over rice.

It'll probably be different next time because I cook like free jazz, bitch. Do you have any general recommendations?
That's pretty spot on I would use breast myself rather than thigh though.

This is the best recipe I've seen for CTM -

What did you think of it? Would you eat it again?

Ja the outcome was excellent. I froze about 75% of it for future dinners.

I might try breasts next time. I went with thighs because they're generally more flavourful and I read that they don't need to marinate as long. I wasn't able to find cilantro or (fresh) coriander either and want to garnish it with those in the future.

So, according to this I'd want a round dry stemmed one with orange spots and large webbing. Okee dokee.

Let us know how your experiments go. We expect a log of entries by end of summer.
