went outside ...


Only got apples and carrots plus two kind bars but its going to last until I need to leave again. I'm making carrot soup tonight, its better than it sounds because of the garlic and herbs I add to it. I have some berries still too that im going to blend with water and chia seeds

You can put this in mindfulness science cause I ain’t really know but I think onions and potatoes are good for fortifying your immune system.

If I can muster up the nerve to go shopping I’m buying a big bag of potatoes.
