As someone who'd rather let a pizza sit in the box out in the open while it dries out for two days rather than put it in the fridge cause I don't like the taste of cold tomato sauce 2 minutes is not that long.

Bro pizza is like cold mac and cheese. The difference with pizza being that there's plenty of pizza containing the taste of the tomato sauce whereas the cold cheese in cold mac and cheese is surrounding the mac. I mean I don't think literally anyone is sitting there with a spoon and a bottle of spaghetti sauce going to town.
