Cajun Turkey Breast and Swiss on Rye with LTPO, mayo and mustard, & a bag of Frito's.

I grabbed some of the Breaded Catfish from that place yesterday and I really should have noticed it wasn't fillet'ed properly since it was cut like a loaf of bread, but I bit into a mouthful of bones. I immediately started spitting it all out while trying not to puncture my mouth tongue and gums. I contacted the store about it and after some emailing back and forth, they'll now be properly training the person responsible. Hopefully, no one died.

Nothing like working in food service to keep you from ever eating out. Especially when teenagers are the majority of the workforce. I had to tell a kid one time how to tell the difference between turkey and ham.
