Not really, I could lose about 10 pounds that just is hard to get off and have a really flat stomach. The fruit still is kind of still high in calories just healthy. The winter is a little hard to lose weight since its cold outside but i normally run or hoop but i suppose i could run in the cold, ive done that before. I forgot that the word skinny has a bit of a negative meaning in English. I meant it just as the opposite of fat.

A good alternative is to cook your rice in chicken broth instead of water! Cuts out a lot of sodium and adds flavor to otherwise plain white or brown rice. I use it in quinoa too.
