Okay I bought two more broccoli crowns for tonight, how should I go about cooking and eating this since how I did it wasn't acceptable..


fuji apples and gala apples with a bag a carrots too. it was the last bag of fuji apples, others know they good too. hopefully they are crispy and not soft

Boil the broccoli for about 20 minutes. Make a cheese sauce with cheddar, velveeta, worsheister sauce, and half a beer. Pour that **** on the broccoli, cook yourself a good steak and bake a potato, plate it all up and bon appétit.

Im not a big fan of cheese, only in limited situations (mac n cheese or pizza), so ill pass on the sauce. but ill steam for longer this time since you say to go 20 mins of boiling.

potatoes and broocoli mix could happen in the future maybe.

You could roast them in the oven, just cut them evenly, drizzle a little olive oil over them and season how you like. Roasted vegetables are great because you don't lose any of the nutrients like you do with steaming, and the roasting process really enhances the flavor of the vegetable itself. I typically use just salt, pepper, garlic, and red chili flakes. But a little curry powder is nice as well.
