Dear Mindfulness,
I give you permission to stop worrying about nutritional fads and miracle foods, and just live your ****ing life As long as you aren't smashing down Burger King and Steel Reserves for every meal, you're probably doing fine

I have a premade Chicken Piccata with pasta and broccoli and a salad once or twice a week from the local grocery store for 6$. It's healthy and delicious. They have a few other options too, like Meatloaf, Lemon Chicken, Enchilada's, etc. all pre-made and ready to heat and eat. I had that yesterday, so today's gonna be a hot meal from the Polish Deli. Probably Veal Stew with roasted potato's and pea's and carrots, all for $6 again. There's a huge hot food section and you just point and grunt. Good stuff.
