Jersey Mike's sub with ham, turkey, bacon, provolone, and pepperoncinis done mike's way (lettuce, onion, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, and spices).

Also, today I learned how to spell pepperoncinis.

carrots and protein shakes until I drink some smoothies of blackberries/blueberries/raspberies... still have 4 fuji apples (yellow ones ) but im going to try and eat oats and honey with cinnamon after for hot food.
