bought the frozen berry bag of just blackberries/blueberries/raspberries. no big strawberries that fill the cup up with not as much nutrients


eating a bowl of chili too, and I have fuji apples.. two bags...

I'd try that.

Hungover. Eating bbq sunflower seeds.



For me the optimal way to enjoy them is to mix opened with closed ones. The ratio has to favor the opened ones so for exmpl 7 opened seeds to 3 closed ones.
