Mixed some mashed sweet potato and trail mix in with my apple cinnamon oatmeal. Is goooood.

Its more than that

Im having eggs tonight but im taking 4 of the yolks out so its mainly the egg whites with cooked turkey inside, plus protein shakes and berry smoothies
