These are just boiled and seasoned. I really like them halved and in the oven with some olive oil and garlic

I know someone hear who does the sweet potatoes over normal ones. I might just stick with the normal potatoes though since I liked them so much. Interested about the portobellos because Ive never had them. And brussel sprouts might be in my future also since Dollar General fas them in their cold section.

mashed sweet potatoes? never heard of that until now, just thought ya eat them normal I guess..

I like to halve them and sautee them with onions or shallots. Seems to be the only way to cook them without making the whole place smell like ****.

I never cook with shallots. Its always garlic and onions i need to try those and i also hear anise is a good for things like sauce.
