I have a few lying around, some of them still use FireWire connections lulz.

I used the iPod 3rd gen. as my first one,
Then I had a shuffle
then I had an iPod Nano as my second iPod
Then I got an updated Nano
Then I got the iPod touch 2nd gen.
Now I just use my iPhone.

I changed all these iPods because the storage capacity was useless! Even the iPod Touch only stored like 16GBs, and I kept buying newer ones that held more.

I just use my Kyocera Android phone. I plug it into the car, other peoples stereo's, and I can plug in to any of my amps (using whatever adapter I need), and jam to my own backing tracks. I've been thinking about doing a little bit of a tour around town at some various coffee shops. I'd just need to make a solid playlist and brush up on some things, and BAMF! instant concert.

I have the new earbuds, "EarPods", and I think they're fine, but I tend to use my Sony MDR-V55 headphones when I'm at home and portability isn't an issue.

I have to admit that i don't use earphones that came with my Sony wm., but I've had trouble with in ear phones and use a set of Sony ZX300 on ear instead. They were cheap, about £18 from Argos but i find the sound quality excellent..
