I need to start switching to brown pasta and rice. I only use white if it is given to me but I wouldn't buy it on my own. I should even get into using brown sugar as well or honey to sweeten instead of white sugar.

Yes, this health and well-being craze can sneak up on anyone who isn't is a cave dweller busy sharpening stones. So brown everything it is - although I've quite forgotten about any consciousness with regards to difference in taste. Never have had any bovril or chip butties before though - usually tend to cram my bread with whatever I happened to find available in the fridge - mozzarella, peppers, eggs, tomatoes, eggplant, meat and so on and so forth.

Bovril - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia you can make a drink out of it or spread it on toast, or use it to cook with in stews etc just remembered taramasalata is better with wholemeal pita |

Bovril, now there's something I've not had in a while - since whenever I was last at a football match, of course. Years ago! The thought of bovril spread on toast is conflicting, though - no idea how that'd pan out. |
