bad habits/addictions thread

In an effort to comfort myself I'm wondering(hoping) that others on here have some crippling, and potentially life-shortening addictions on this forum?

I'll start with my own-
daily smoking
daily alcohol consumption
Energy drinks(which I was unaware killed so many people so will eliminate)
Fast food, don't even like it but seemingly everywhere and get hungry
Also been thwarted by some very mean vain mistresses at work to use teeth whitener which will **** up my enamel for a few weeks to obtain unnaturally white teeth
