Exclamation Please help me with my survey!

I'm a 4th year student working on my dissertation and need as many people as possible to complete my survey on online and offline music access preferences

This may be flawed. Question 1 will not allow me to proceed even though I ticked "no preference" (and surely a fourth option, "both", shoudl be included) and the ranking system is confusing. You can only select 1, say, for one item, and the next has to be 2-8, then 3-8 and so on? But you say only select the options you use. Yet again the system is telling me I can't proceed till this question is answered. I haven't repeated any values but it seems to want me to fill them all in, despite your instruction to only rank the options I use.

So which is it?

Frustrating...
