Now if that ever happened to me, that'd be a company I wouldn't want to work for in the first place. I don't mean this offensively, but that's shallow on their part to not look past your looks when hiring someone.
I honestly didn't care because I needed the money and the hours suited me but for a full time job I'd be much more careful about what the boss is thinking about me. I don't think I'll escape it though, especially going into a male dominated IT industry as a pink loving blonde female.

Well the difference of going into something that is more of a professional job that requires some college, you'll get the respect for what you know about the position you get. I assume that's what you're majoring in. It's a good industry and the pay can be great.
